Face To Face Consultation

Face to face meeting in client's home

A face to face consultation is the first stage in the design process. It can be held in person or via a video link.

Our First Meeting

Our first meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for me to learn how I can help you.

It will be a chance for me to ask questions about your project and to discover how I can assist you. Defining the scope and budget are a key part of this process.

Our conversation will cover your style and colour preferences; the type of fabrics and patterns that appeal to you; and, most importantly how you would like the space to function. There may be key items of furniture or accessories that you wish to include. You may already own these, or may need to arrange procurement, but these can be discussed during this meeting as well.

The information I gather will form the basis or my report.

During this meeting you will have the opportunity to ask questions and express any concerns. You will gain a further understanding of the way I can help you to achieve the transformation you desire.

This meeting can take place in your home or via a video link.

My Report

After this meeting I will write a report.

The Report will be a summary of our discussion and it will provide an overview of the project suggesting a way forward within the constraints of a set budget. It will emailed to you in a timely fashion and a hard copy will be provided if requested.

The Next Step

The next step is a Full Room Design. If you instruct me within 90 days of the Report date I will deduct the Face to Face Consultation Fee from my final invoice.
