Sparkly Winter Mocktail Recipe

Clear glass tumbler containing non-alcoholic winter mocktail with pomegranate seeds

As we launch into Christmas party season I wanted to share with you this sparkling winter mocktail. Made with three different fruit juices, zhuzhed up with some sparkling ingredients and decorated with colourful orange slices and pomegranate seeds it is the ideal alcohol-free drink.

To concoct this alcohol free cocktail you will need equal quantities of:

Ingredients for the sparkly winter mocktail

  • orange juice
  • cranberry juice
  • pineapple juice
  • sparkling apple juice
  • ginger ale

To garnish:

  • orange slices
  • pomegranate seeds
  • ice (optional)

Method to make the sparkly winter mocktail

  1. In a large jug or punch bowl add all of the fruit juices
  2. Chill
  3. Just before serving add sparkling apple juice and ginger ale
  4. Garnish with seeds and slices
  5. Add ice if desired

My Hacks

Serve with a selection of simple canapés or finger food

My Opinion

This is a lovely seasonal drink and makes the perfect centre piece for your Christmas bar or table

Enjoy!
